uneven gutter splash guard

Is there a splash guard product to place where one gutter has a cut-out and falls into another gutter that's beneath? It's where a valley comes down and falls into a straight piece of gutter and falls into a gutter beneath another gutter (see pic). I suppose I'll have to get some sheet metal and bend something into place, but what a nightmare it is during a heavy rain.

Hi Tim,
First, lay a section of leaf screen beneath the upper piece of gutter. Then mark and cut an opening in the screen exactly the sane size as a 2 x 3 downspout.
Next, take a piece of 2 x 3 downspout and cut it so that when attached to the upper section of gutter, the downspout section will extend into the lower gutter, through the opening in the screen and into the lower gutter by about 1/2 inch or so.
