I am seeking a self-leveling liquid sealant type product to level the water path inside of my gutters, so that the gutters empty rapidly after it rains.

self-leveling liquid sealant

Dave, I am familiar with this type of self leveling compound in the world of aviation. this liquid is poured into corners so they will not hold water, however I have never heard of this being used in the gutter industry. The best solution is to have your gutters re hung so they will drain properly. I always use a level during installation to insure the water will flow towards the downspout.
